Publix Reports Fourth Quarter and Annual Results for 2022

LAKELAND, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Publix’s sales for the three months ended Dec. 31, 2022, a 14‑week quarter, were $15.3 billion, a 22% increase from $12.6 billion in 2021, a 13‑week quarter. The additional week in the fourth quarter of 2022 increased sales by 8.1%. Comparable store sales for the three months ended Dec. 31, 2022 increased 12.4%.
